b9216ff85b add rtfsboot executable, to help make bootable rtfs volumes
ba8ea3c71b add fdisk utility for managing partitions
99f0449eb1 partman will now attempt to mount filesystems, making rtfsman redundant. updated package.cfgs to reflect that.
45bf02a843 rtfs v1 adding fragmentation. restructure the rtfs libraries, for reasons that will become clear.
