Supervisor calls

SVC are made by loading the correct SVC number in A, other params in other regs, and then call rst 0x28.

Z is pretty much always used for success or as a boolean indicator. It is sometimes not specified when there's not enough tabular space, but it's there. When - is specified, it means that the routine either never returns or is always successful.
