Make word routines into word types Instead of having wordref point to core word routines, I made them into word 4 word types. It liberates space into the stable ABI and should make porting to other arches easier. z80a: make mnemonic names more uniform across assemblers Initially, I used the same letters as those used in the z80 ref docs, but it makes the different assemblers harder to use than they should.
