Rename RAMSTART to SYSVARS It's more descriptive this way. Also, I'll soon add a new HERESTART config.

By default, allocate about 0x100 bytes for PSP+RSP During "make updatebootstrap", we use less than 0x20 bytes on the PSP side and less than 0x40 bytes on the RSP one. 0x100 bytes ought to be enough for anybody.

rc2014: add a declaration part to ACIA drivers Driver configuration don't need their own words at runtime, we only need to compile them as literals when compiling words. Now that we have this "declaration blocks" pattern emerging, it seems like a good idea to take advantage of this in drivers, both for simplifying the xcomp unit and to make final binary slimmer.

Streamline initialization process Instead of letting each configuration taking care of RDLN$ and "CollapseOS" prompt, move this to BOOT to simplify xcomp units. Initialization source code is now only for driver initialization.
